Kings High School Named to AP Honor Roll
College Board announced that Kings High School has been named to the Advanced Placement® Program (AP®) School Honor Roll. The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs are delivering results and broadening access for students.
Schools can earn the Honor Roll recognition annually based on criteria that reflect a commitment to increasing their school’s college-going culture, providing opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness. The AP School Honor Roll offers four levels of distinction: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. This year, Kings High School earned Silver distinction.
Regarding Kings High School's class of 2024, 52% of seniors took at least one AP exam during their high school career, 43% of seniors scored a three or higher on at least one AP exam, and 9% of seniors took five or more AP exams. Kings High School offers a total of 21 AP courses.
