KHS Open House & Instruction Week
We would like to welcome KHS students and families to our Open House which starts next week. Please check out our schedules in this document:
Open House Week for All Students
Everyone should plan to attend Open House, regardless of their choice of instruction delivery.
August 24-31: Open House in the morning and Teacher Inservice in the afternoon
These dates allow a student and/or a parent an opportunity to meet the teacher, see the school, be introduced to safety protocols in place before the first full day of school on September 8th. There is no bell schedule to follow once you arrive. The building will be open from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm each day following the schedule indicated below. If you can not make your assigned one hour block of time, and still would like to attend, please email Mr. Leist at dleist@kingslocal.net
Students will be able to pick up supply lists, textbooks, class syllabi, and turn in summer assignments. Students will have their picture taken for our yearbook and our School IDs. All students (grades 9-12) should plan to have their picture taken so they can receive their school ID. Seniors can still submit a different picture for the yearbook but can only receive an ID if their picture is taken at school.
Families will be able to drop off supplies/medication at this time, pick up parking passes as well as pay school fees.
Yearbooks from the 2019-2020 school year will be available and they will be passed out this week!
This year we will not be able to accommodate siblings or other family members attending open house. Everyone attending will be required to wear a face covering.
