- Licenses are issued for one school year and are renewable each July
- There is no application fee; licensed vendors pay a 10 percent royalty on gross sales
- Every design and product requires written District approval before production
- Applications are reviewed within about two weeks
PTOs, Booster Clubs, and School Groups
School-support groups, including PTOs, booster clubs, the District spiritwear committee, and school-sponsored clubs and teams, pay no royalty but still need design approval for each order. Outside vendors producing items for these groups must be licensed or approved for the order before production begins.
