Kings Early Childhood Center
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is now OPEN! Children must be three years of age by August 1, 2025 to register for preschool.
You must live in the Kings Local School district to attend the preschool.

REGISTRATION 2025 - 2026
Welcome to Kings Early Childhood Center. We are pleased that you have chosen to register your child with our preschool program.
Kings Early Childhood Center uses an online registration tool called FinalForms to enroll children. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Sherri Cain at 513-398-8050 ext. 10042.
Your child must be three years old by August 1, 2025, and fully potty trained. (Children with disabilities do not have to be potty trained.)
Please note: You MUST be the custodial parent/legal guardian to enroll a child.
STEP 1: COMPLETE THE ONLINE CHILD REGISTRATION FORMS.
*All forms will turn GREEN when completed correctly.
STEP 2: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
*Copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport
*Proof of Residency - current deed or current signed lease listing all
occupants. If you are living in a house owned by another person an
Affidavit II must be completed. The homeowner must provide a deed or lease.
*Copy of parent/guardian photo ID
*Copy of custody papers, if applicable
*A current physical and immunization record must be completely filled out by your child’s
pediatrician before the first day of preschool. The child’s medical statement will expire in 13 months and must be renewed. Please use the form KECC Child's Medical Statement
YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN ARE NOT REGISTERED UNLESS ALL DOCUMENTS ABOVE ARE DOWNLOADED INTO FINAL FORMS.

Class Offerings
Four Day Classes- $3705 yearly tuition, Mondays through Thursdays
(payments can be broken into $95 weekly installments for 39 weeks throughout the school year)

Childcare may be added for an additional fee.

Monday through Thursday is $42.50 per day.

You may add a full day of childcare on Fridays for $55.
Young 5s Class, $3900 yearly tuition
(payments can be broken into $100 weekly installments for 39 weeks throughout the school year)
For children who are 5 or will turn 5 by Dec. 30, 2024.
Mondays through Friday: 8:55 - 11:35 AM

Childcare may be added for an additional fee.

Childcare for children attending the 5 Day class is an additional $42.50 per day.
(Students receiving special education services do not pay fees or tuition under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.)
